How do the sizes fit?
Our sizes tend to run a little small. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing a size or two larger.
How does a return process work?

- Exchange for a different size
- Exchange for another product

Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured exclusively in Germany (Bavaria). We adhere to German standards and place great emphasis on quality.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is typically between 2-5 days. High order volumes may cause a delay of 2-3 days. We make every effort to ensure you receive your package promptly.
When are returns processed?
Returns are not processed daily. We handle returns three times a week to ensure that each return is handled carefully and efficiently.
What to do if there are production errors?
If there have been any errors in the production of our shirts, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service immediately at support@goldenpump.de um to inform us about the problem. Please also include photos of the defects you found. Our team will address the issue immediately and ensure you receive a new product as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
